How We Work
Individual clients
Our RGN nurse or trained assessors make an initial visit to carry out a detailed, free of charge needs assessment. After developing the care plan, and likely pathway, we then take great care to match clients with carers to ensure continuity. We accommodate clients’ changing needs by providing genuine, flexible care packages that respect their wishes, and support the work of other care professionals. We fully embrace person centered planning and re-ablement.
Nursing and residential homes, schools and clinics
We carefully evaluate the need and provide the appropriate care worker. We can supply suitable staff at very short notice which is testament to our in-house training programme and our own extensive database of care workers.
Our services are available 24 hours, seven days a week. Our experienced emergency on call service guarantees callers always receive an informed and prompt response.
