Spectrum of Care

All our staff receive ongoing training and regular supervision which equips them to support their clients and to develop as individuals. This has created a large pool of carers with a wide and varied skill set. It allows us to provide both quality and range of care packages, and is a major contributing factor in our continued growth and reputation.

Carers have the skills and experience to deal with all types of emergency and to support a variety of needs from specialist dementia care to tracheostomy and ventilator management. Our nurse manages the more complex packages and properly train the carers for specific needs and tasks.

We are always looking for innovative ways to help clients manage their conditions at home. Our pioneering tracheotomy and ventilator home packages are just two examples, and we are currently working with a local hospital to trial a new crisis cover scheme.

We are particularly experienced and skilled in the following conditions:

  • Treacher Collins
  • Muscular Dystrophy
  • Cerebral Palsy
  • Huntington's
  • Motor Neurone
  • Epidermolysis Bullosa
  • Parkinsons
  • MS
  • Diabetes
  • Dementia and Alzheimer’s

Our spectrum of care includes:
Personal care
Practical support
Rapid response
Critical/complex
Handling and administering medication
Live-In
Palliative care
