Our services are designed to support people so they can live in their own home as independently as possible: whatever their age or circumstances.
Life doesn’t stand still and we appreciate your circumstances may change. Our comprehensive range of services and skills means we can adjust the care plan to meet your changing needs, while maintaining continuity with the team responsible for your care.
To help us understand the type and level of care you need, one of our team will visit you to carry out a free assessment. They’ll ask questions, listen, and find out exactly what you need from us. It enables us to put together a personalised, high quality care plan and to match you with the right carers. We may make suggestions but the choices and decisions are always yours.
All of our care workers are trained to deliver specialist care services such as administering certain medication, using hoists and other equipment. And they are trained to help clients and their families cope with conditions such as dementia and MS.
We also provide end of life care, and help you live the rest of your life as fully as possible with dignity and meaning.
