Our starting point is a free assessment, and it’s not just about medical needs: we want to understand your situation from your perspective. It’s our opportunity to get to know you and find out what you need us to do. It may be appropriate for us to meet your family too because their needs are also important to us. If you are willing, we’ll try to involve them as much as possible.

We then build a care plan around your specific needs. Having the right carer makes all the difference so we carefully match you with the appropriate care team based on your needs and personality.

Continuity is important in any type of service but particularly so with care. So whether you have one primary carer or a team, we’ll make sure you always see the same trusted faces. Our clients often form strong bonds with their carers and look forward to their visits.

Our offices are staffed by a qualified nurse, as well as experienced coordinators and administrators. Our team knows each client and we’re here for you whenever you or one of your family needs to contact us. We even have our own in-house 24-hour emergency on call service that means you can access knowledgeable and informed advice around the clock.

Good communication is vital in any relationship. So we hold regular meetings with you and your family to check everyone is happy: it helps to build a deeper rapport too. If you’ve appointed us on behalf of a relative, we’ll let you know about any changes we notice or any concerns we may have.
