Who we support

We care for a variety of people with either single or multiple needs, including the elderly, children, babies and those recovering from illness. We support our clients with a wide range of services from traditional homecare through to high dependency critical care.

Our clients are people who are struggling to cope with their personal, domestic and clinical needs whether that's because of their age, illness or disability. We also support parents of children with physical or learning difficulties, as well as people who are returning home after a stay in hospital.

Elderly people
Our services for older people promote independence and wellbeing. We understand that while you may need support with practical tasks or personal care, you want it on your terms. Treating you with respect and putting you in control of the decisions about your care is our priority.

Children
We provide support for children with learning or physical disabilities, as well as children with complex care needs or terminal illnesses. We have a variety of services that support their specific needs and encourage them to live as normal a life as possible.

Our carers provide love and support to bring out your child’s potential in fun and engaging ways. We’re here to provide whatever level of care you need to lead as normal a family life as possible.

Learning difficulties
Our carers are trained to help people of all ages who have learning difficulties to live independent and enjoyable lives. Looking after someone with learning difficulties is demanding, so we support the whole family to make sure home life is as happy and normal as it can be.

Our support goes much further than managing a disability. We help to build confidence and esteem, and encourage interests and hobbies. As well as teaching skills for day-to-day living, we also build skills that enable people to take part in potentially difficult social situations.

Mental health
Our priority is to make sure clients suffering from poor mental health have independence, choice, and control over their lives.

Our carers are trained in mental health issues by our in-house nursing team so they are fully equipped to give both practical and emotional support. There is no reason why someone with a mental health illness can’t live a rewarding life, enjoy good relationships, and work if they are able. It’s our role to help them achieve this.

Physical disability
If you, or a relative, are physically disabled we can help you with the challenges you face in daily life. Our goal is to enable you to be as independent as possible with choices and control over how you live your life. And we’ll be there with emotional support when you need it too.
