Our Team
Our team of senior managers, in-house RGN nurse, care workers, and office-based staff, are all highly trained and experienced. The depth of knowledge within the team is extensive allowing us to provide consistently excellent quality of care and an ability to deal with all types of emergency.
However, while trained skills and experience are vital, so too are compassion, empathy and dedication. Each member of our team has these qualities in abundance.
Our office staff and care workers have in depth knowledge of our clients and their circumstances. So, if they phone our office, they will always speak to someone who understands their needs. Equally, we all understand and appreciate the role of each of our clients' other healthcare professionals, and build excellent working relationships based on mutual respect and trust.
Our care workers are uniformed and wear badges displaying their photograph.
We train, monitor, supervise and manage all our staff direct. Each care worker receives continuous training, the majority of which is delivered by our in-house nurse. It ensures they can deal with the differing and often complex needs of our clients and that our standard of service is consistently high.
All staff have an enhanced level Criminal Records Bureau (CRB) check. We rigorously check their references, and only employ people who can show a minimum of five years background documentation.
